Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments are handled at Kiya Learning (“we”, “our”, “us”). By enrolling in any of our online training programs, you agree to the policy mentioned below.
1. General Refund Policy
Since Kiya Learning provides **online training sessions**, refunds are limited and applicable only under specific conditions. Fees once paid are generally **non-refundable** unless mentioned under special cases.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may apply for a refund only if:
- The student has not attended any live class or session.
- No study material or class recording has been accessed.
- A valid reason is provided within **48 hours** of enrollment.
Refund requests made **after attending any session** will not be accepted, as the service is considered delivered.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the student misses the class due to personal reasons.
- If the student joins late or does not respond to scheduled sessions.
- If the internet, device, or technical issue is on the student’s side.
- If course material or recordings have already been shared.
- If the student violates class rules or shares class links/recordings.
4. Class Rescheduling
If a student misses a session, Kiya Learning may offer class rescheduling depending on the trainer’s availability. Missed classes are not refundable.
5. Course Cancellation by Kiya Learning
If a class or course is cancelled from our side due to unforeseen reasons, students will receive either:
- A complete refund, OR
- An option to join the next available batch
6. Return Policy (For Digital Products)
Since all our offerings are digital (PDFs, videos, online classes), there is **no physical return policy**. Digital content once shared cannot be returned.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within **7–14 business days**, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
